Raw Kale Salad

1 Bunch of Fresh Kale
1 Red Pepper
1/3 C of Pitted Kalamata Olives
Pine Nuts
1 Lemon
3 T Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper

Rinse the kale, pick off from the stem, & tear apart into bite size pieces.
Dice red pepper into small pieces & slice the olives in half.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon & add olive oil while tossing everything together.
Season with salt & pepper and top with pine nuts.
